Shipping Destinations
MARAH currently ships to France, the European Union, and Morocco.
We reserve the right to modify the list of available shipping destinations at any time.
Order Processing
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after payment has been successfully processed.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- France: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 3–10 business days
- Morocco: 2–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, or customs procedures.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped using one of the following carriers:
- Colissimo
- Mondial Relay
- Chronopost
- DHL
The shipping carrier will be selected based on the destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed.
Order Tracking
When available, a tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.
Customs Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees may be charged by local authorities.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Delays, Lost Parcels and Shipping Issues
MARAH cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, exceptional weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
