We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, photographs and other visual representations are provided for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the final product.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website at the time of purchase.
MARAH reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be charged at the price in effect when the order is confirmed.
Any customs duties, local taxes or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Orders
An order is considered final once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation email has been sent.
MARAH reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
6. Payment
Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments.
Additional payment methods may be offered at checkout.
MARAH does not store or have access to your complete payment information.
7. Shipping
MARAH currently ships to France, the European Union and Morocco.
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
Orders may be shipped via Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Chronopost or DHL.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

9. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with their original tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Size exchanges may be offered subject to availability.
10. Liability
MARAH shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the improper use of its products or from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11. Intellectual Property
All content available on marahstudio.com, including but not limited to text, photographs, images, videos, logos, graphics and designs, remains the exclusive property of MARAH.
